TYPES OF SUPPORT

We can assist you on-site, remotely, by telephone, email or Google +!

REMOTE COMPUTER SUPPORT

Remote Computer Support is performed through your high speed internet connection to your computer. This option allows us to be more responsive and flexible in scheduling computer appointments. We can typically access your computer any where you are connected to the internet. So if your in Italy and your laptop is acting funny, we can access it and help you out right there! This option also allows us to support our "Snow Birds" all year around. The only requirement is your ability to get onto high speed internet! Remote computer support is performed at our normal hourly rate in quarter hour increments with no extra charges.

ON-SITE COMPUTER SUPPORT

On-Site computer support is performed through pre-scheduled appointments at your location. Typically these are done during our normal business hours. Special service needs and emergencies will be accommodated as our previously scheduled customers allow. We are based out of Carefee and Cave Creek, so our travel times are typically from that area. Some early mornings, evening and weekend appointments are available by pre-scheduling your need. There is a $10.00 trip fee for all on-site appointments to cover your computer technicians travel expenses. NO OTHER TRAVEL FEES OR HIDDEN FEES WILL BE APPLIED!

TELEPHONE COMPUTER SUPPORT

Telephone computer support is available during regular business hours. We are always willing to answer your quick questions for free. To keep us available for everyone, we limit this "free computer, phone, iPad, iPhone consulting" time to about 2 minutes. If it goes much longer than that, we probably need to schedule an appointment of some kind. Often, we are able to continue right then. If not, we will schedule a time to call you back and assist you as soon as possible. Telephone computer support is performed at our normal hourly rate in quarter hour increments with no extra charges.

Email Support for your computer, iPad, iPhone, Android Phone or Tablet

Email support is for "non-urgent" computer and personal device questions. It is typically answered by our tech's within the same day, but always within the same 24 hours. Email us anytime at helpme@techfourlife.com or by using our Contact Us page.

We are a Carefree, Cave Creek owned business. We employ Carefree and Cave Creek people. We support All of North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Carefree, Cave Creek, Desert HIlls, New River, Tramanto and Anthem areas.

We have been building computers and supporting computer hardware since the IBM XT came out in the early 1980's. The first PC we build had a yellow screen and 2 5 1/4" floppy drives!

Today's computer hardware is much different and much the same. We have grown with computers and understand the "big picture" of all of today's hardware technologies. PC and Apple computers both run on the same hardware now. We can and will explain your computer options in plain old english so you can make intelligent, informed decisions!
